If you are a Healthcare provider or going to school to become a Healthcare worker, this is NOT the class for you.  You Need the Basic Life Support class.

This course is designed for the lay responder in the workplace and community. The course will also include the HeartSaver AED curriculum. Adult, Infant and Child CPR/AED. Upon completion of this course, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED Course Completion Card that is valid for two years.

 Key changes reflecting the new science from the 2020 American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care

• Adult CPR and AED use and modules in child CPR and AED use and infant CPR, including child and infant choking

Heartsaver First Aid Online is a self-directed course that uses interactive lessons and videos to teach you comprehensive first aid knowledge. This program is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs an AHA course completion card.

First Aid Online/Blended Training Option  Onlline courses are final Sale and Not refundable

You Must complete the Online portion of the first Aid course BEFORE you come to the CPR classroom dateand arraive 20 mins before the start of class time.

Online/Blended courses are the same courses as the classroom trainings- the difference is the class room portion is completed online rather than in the classroom and students usually complete this portion in less time than the classroom lecture course. Online/Blended training combines the convenience of online training with a shortened face to face session.

. EACH STUDENT MUST HAVE THEIR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS.

Here's how it works!

Part 1. Each student independently completes the course lecture portion, online, at their convenience, at their pace.

Part 2. Your Face to Face skill practice & testing session will take place 15 minutes  before the CPR/AED classroom session. 

Part 3. Satisfactorily perform the physical skill components at the evaluation session. Complete & pass a written exam. Receive certification that is valid for 2 years.

(This is not an ONLINE ONLY Class because you are required to do a face to face session with an Authorized Instructor to ensure you understand the content and can perform the skills. ONLINE ONLY courses never have the student tested for skill competency or content understanding.)

The American Heart Association requires students to have the 2015 textbook for this course. The Heartsaver ®textbook IS INCLUDED in the cost. This course is taught under the new 2015 Guidelines.

 Students are allowed up to 60 days after the completion of the online part of the course to complete the skill session. If you do not have your skill session and testing done within 60 days of the date that you completed the online course, you will NOT be eligible to enter into a skill session. You will need to purchase a new key code and do the course again.
