Refund Policy: 

CPR/AED, First Aid & BLS Courses -A processing fee of $15.00 will be retained for cancellations received more than 2 business days prior to course date. No refund for no shows or cancellations less than 2 business days prior to course date. An additional $10.00 administrative fee will be charged for rescheduling to another course date less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled course. 

Credit card and PayPal refunds Effective October 1, 2019In line with industry practice, Credit card and Pay Pal processing fees will be subtracted from the refund amount as this are not reversed by the processor for fees from the original transaction when a refund is issued.

Full refund if the course is canceled* by Safety Matters Certified Training for reason other than listed here. *Class Cancellation caused by a Natural or Man made disasters, emergencies or Public Safety Power Shutoffs are subject to rescheduling accomdations only.*
 
Refund Policy for Online/Blended Courses: This includes ASHI online/blended and American Heart Association Part 1, 2, 3 or Skill check off only classes. NO REFUNDS once you have purchased the Online Blended Course(s).
